1. Description of CZ purlin roll forming machine

CZ interchangeable purlin roll forming machine consists of guider, leveling device, 2 hydraulic punching devices, hydraulic cutting device, electric control system, hydraulic system, and so on.

The equipment uses three reducers to fix and rotate the fixed shaft through the sprocket gear to realize the exchange of different types of purlins. The C/Z exchange can be realized by manually rotating the fixed rotating plate.

Input the parameters such as the length, longitudinal hole spacing, and quantity of the purlin, and the equipment can automatically punch, cut, and form.
